A topical search site like Google for Scripture. Be sure to select ESV or NASB for the version setting as they are accurate, word-for-word translations. One of my favorite sites for quick insights of JUST Scripture (no commentary).
If there is a tough question, they have a biblical answer for it. They’ve done the research and have a solid biblical world view.
Although this site is trapped in the 90s from a design perspective, the content is gold on doctrinal theology.
Cut from John MacArthur’s leadership, this blog has excellent biblical commentary on today’s tough issues. The voice can read a bit academic at times, but it’s not a problem.
This organization values the storytelling nature of the bible. They make the Bible easy to understand with videos. Great resource for families and new believers. Although it’s great for mature believers as well.
GREAT APPS FOR DEVO
A free app that has a low-cost premium options that’s totally worth it if you want to memorize Scripture, or as David said, "I have stored up your word in my heart that I might not sin against you".
Great for reading and study - the commentary notes are John MacArthur's notes, today's top living theologian - while John is not perfect, he and his commentary resources on Scripture and today's toughest issues are head and shoulders above anyone else among Christian leaders today.
This is a FREE app with options for premium purchases. It’s an excellent tool for reading the Bible and for study with the exegetical guide, bible word study, topic guide, passage guide - all free - access to tons of other commentary resources and tools for better understanding Scripture Warning: there are some tools and resources accessible that we would not recommend (ask us for an opinion if you find something and aren't sure it's theologically sound).
Simply the best app on the planet for taking and organizing notes - simple and easy to use, yet sneaky robust for those who like to use their creative side.
